🔒 Storage

• Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or the original box to prevent scratching.
• Keep jewelry in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity.
• Avoid tossing multiple pieces together — chains tangle and surfaces scratch.
• Use an airtight zip-lock bag for long-term storage to slow tarnish caused by air exposure.

💧 Water & Moisture

• Chlorine (pools), salt water (sea), and sweat accelerate tarnish and wear down the plating.
• If a piece gets wet, pat it dry immediately with a soft, lint-free cloth — never rub.

🌸 Perfumes, Lotions & Chemicals

• Always apply perfume, hairspray, sunscreen, and body lotion before putting on your jewelry — not after.
• Chemicals in these products react with the plating and speed up discolouration.
• The golden rule: jewelry goes on last, comes off first.

✨ Cleaning

• Wipe pieces gently after each wear using a soft, dry cloth (microfibre works well).
• For light dirt, use a cloth slightly dampened with plain water — no soap.
• If you use a mild soap solution, rinse thoroughly and dry immediately.
• Stop immediately if you notice the surface dulling, colour lifting, or the cloth picking up gold colour — this means the plating is being affected. Switch to dry-wiping only.
• Never use toothpaste, baking soda, silver-cleaning solutions, ultrasonic cleaners, or abrasive cloths — these will strip the plating.
